These aren’t the best photos I’ve taken in recent weeks, but they’re proof!
I tried to hold the camera still as I was pushed and pulled by the sheer strength of the wind as it whipped across the point yesterday. My hands felt frozen solid within minutes. White caps dotted the lake, while every tree on the eagle’s island swayed back and forth. Except their tree, thank goodness.
I saw flapping wings and a head poking up here . . .
and there (a little gray blog to the right) . . .
and here again . . .
I never saw two heads at the same time . . . but I suspect there’s two of them!
